Therapy at Cornerstone begins early, even while patients are receiving medical care. We offer physical, occupational, and speech therapy tailored to each individual—no rigid schedules or minimum requirements. Our hospital-based skilled nursing unit (SNU) provides a higher level of medical and rehabilitative care than a typical nursing home, serving as a transitional step between a hospital stay and returning home. The unit is staffed by licensed medical professionals and focuses on short-term recovery from a serious illness, injury, or surgery.
