Admission Information

What to Expect When You're Admitted

We know that admission to a hospital—especially during an already stressful time—can feel overwhelming. That’s why our team works closely with you, your loved ones, and the referring hospital to make the transition as smooth, thoughtful, and seamless as possible. Our goal is to ensure your treatment continues without interruption and that you feel supported from the moment you arrive.

When you’re admitted, you’ll be assigned a room and begin care immediately—no matter your background, identity, or insurance status. Everyone deserves the same compassion and commitment, and that’s exactly what you’ll receive.

To help us get everything in place, please bring the following documents at admission or shortly after:

  • Identification card(s)

  • Insurance information

  • Medicare or Medicaid cards

  • Any living will, power of attorney, or health surrogate documentation

  • A copy of an organ donation card, if applicable

And if something’s missing? Don’t worry—we’ll work with you to figure it out. You’re not doing this alone.
